Honorable Elvis Osei Mensah Dapaah born on 8th May 1992, is a distinguished Ghanaian politician serving as the Member of Parliament for the Ahafo Ano South West Constituency in the Ashanti Region. He represents the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Ninth Parliament of the Fourth Republic of Ghana.
A native of Kunsu in the Ahafo Ano South West District, Hon. Dapaah is an alumnus of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture.
In the December 7, 2024 general elections, Hon. Dapaah was duly elected to Parliament, a victory that was upheld following a High Court-mandated re-collation on 21st December 2024. He secured 16,680 votes for the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
Since being sworn into office in January 2025, Hon. Dapaah has been appointed to serve on several parliamentary committees, notably the Local Government & Rural Development Committee, the Chieftaincy, Culture & Religious Affairs Committee (where he holds the position of Vice Chair), and the Human Rights Committee.
