The District Chief Executive (DCE) for Ahafo Ano South West, Hon. Abubakar Sedik, has supported the District Health Directorate during a breast cancer screening exercise held at the Mankranso Government Hospital on Tuesday, October 28, 2025.

The DCE, who visited the screening center, commended the health workers for their dedication to promoting early detection and prevention of breast cancer in the district. He encouraged women to take advantage of such initiatives to know their health status and seek timely medical attention.

As part of his visit, Hon. Sedik presented a cash donation of GH¢2,000 to support the Directorate’s ongoing awareness and screening campaign.

The District Health Directorate expressed appreciation to the DCE for his continuous support toward improving healthcare delivery and community well-being in Ahafo Ano South West.
