The District Chief Executive (DCE) for Ahafo Ano South West, Hon. Abubakar Sedik, on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, conducted an inspection of the ongoing road construction project from Mankranso to Abuakwa, being undertaken by Attachy Construction Limited.
\r\n\r\nDuring the visit, the project engineer briefed the DCE on the project\'s progress and indicated that it is scheduled for completion within an 18-month construction period.
\r\nHon. Abubakar Sedik commended the contractor for the work done so far but urged the construction team to intensify its efforts and expedite work to ensure the project is completed within the stipulated timeline.
\r\nHe emphasized the importance of delivering the road on schedule to improve transportation and promote socio-economic development in the District.
\r\nAccompanying the DCE on the inspection tour were the Presiding Member, Hon. Paul Conscious Amagboe, and the Feeder Roads Engineer, Mr Charles Anku.
