AASWDA HOLDS FIRST DURBAR FOR YEAR 2023

The Ahafo Ano South West Assembly organized its first staff durbar for the year on Wednesday, 25th January 2023. In attendance was the District Co-ordinating Director, Mr. Paul Atsu Agbezudor, the District Finance officer,a delegate from CLOSSAG office, Heads of Department and Unit as well as other staff of the Assembly.  

Among issues discussed were staff welfare, the growth of the district and others. The staff durbar creates the avenue for Staff and Management to interact and address key issues bothering the organization by find lasting solutions to such concerns to enhance service delivery.

The Co-ordinating Director commended staff for their dedication to duty over the years and charged all staff to remain committed and go the extra miles in discharging their work schedule to improve service delivery in the year 2023. He advised staff to put up their best whichever level they find themselves, and always try to share ideas at work and learn best practices from each other.

He encouraged staff to be punctual at work and avoid unhealthy workplace practices.
