Ahafo Ano South West District Assembly holds its first management meeting in 2024

The Ahafo Ano South West District Assembly on Friday, January 12, 2024 held its first management meeting of the year at the District Health Directorate's Conference Hall to discuss the action plan for the year 2024.

The meeting was honoured with attendance of the District Chief Executive Hon Joseph Frimpong Bonsu, District Coordinating Director, Paul Atsu Agbezudor and All Heads of Department, Unit and Agencies of the District Assembly.

In a brief speech, the District Chief Executive who was the chairman for the meeting commended all heads of department for their hard work in the year 2023 and also urged them to work more harder for the development of the Assembly.

The District Coordinating Director, Paul Atsu Agebezudor expressed worry over absenteeism and lateness to work.

The 2024 Internal Audit Work Plan was discussed and ways to maximize revenue for the Assembly was also deliberated upon.

Payment of rent by staff, progress on the newly introduced DDDP platform and preparations towards the inauguration and election of the Presiding Member for the next Assembly were also discussed.
